In these uncertain times, we wanted to share an update about what we are doing here at The Good Agency in response to the current situation.
Right now, the health and wellbeing of our guests, our hosts and our team is our number one priority. We know that many of you have already been directly or indirectly impacted by the coronavirus outbreak. We have been doing what we can at our end to try to at least make your future travel plans that bit easier.
If you are planning to travel
We are continuing to take bookings from guests around the world. We understand that you might want to take extra precautions when booking a trip right now. To help, we have moved half of all apartments to flexible cancellation policies, which means a full refund if you book this month and wish to cancel up to 5 days before your stay.
If you have an existing booking with us
Whilst many guests are still travelling, we advise everyone to stay up to date and follow the guidance from the World Health Organisation and local authorities on current travel restrictions. Should you already have a vacationer business booked through The Good Agency, please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions. As a business, we are trying to do the best for our Guests and Hosts while monitoring the global changes in government policy and health advice. As we are all very aware, the global situation is changing extremely quickly. Please contact us for further information if you wish to discuss your booking.
You can book bespoke services, including professional daily cleaning, when staying in The Good Agency apartments. We do offer autonomous arrival and other features that facilitate social distancing. Your safety is of the utmost importance to us. This is why we are closely monitoring official directives from local and health authorities regarding the current epidemic of the new coronavirus, known as COVID-19. Our accommodation is disinfected before and after the stay. These disinfection standards are based on the recommendations of experts and governmental health organizations. We agree to avoid direct contact with travelers. We offer an independent arrival in the premises and we will not enter the accommodation during the stay. We have decided to adopt a flexible or moderate policy for the moment.
Want to travel closer to home?
Lots of our guests can’t travel overseas at this time, so it’s likely we’ll have more homes available than usual for this time of year. Lots of our hosts are offering discounts, so if you’re looking for an alternative break, now could be a good time to enjoy a staycation.
As a booking platform connecting wonderful guests to wonderful hosts, these are extremely difficult and stressful times for everyone. We are mindful of both the concerns of our guests and the livelihood of our hosts.
