The Good Agency team consists of 3 full-time people. Thanks to his Master in Finance, Romain is the strong man in terms of investment. He is the financial manager and co-founder of the company.
Alongside her, Valérie founded The Good Agency in order to provide better service to customers. It will offer you a fully tailor-made approach to the purchase, temporary rental, development or management of your property. Its objective: to increase the probability of sales and rentals in the best conditions.
Nathanaël is our Premium consultant in sales and rental of real estate within The Good Agency and assists Valérie in the management of your property on a daily basis. It defines your needs, your desires and the type of investment best suited to your profile and can assist you in 2 languages, French and English.
What do we do ?
The Good Agency is a real estate agency composed of young dynamic entrepreneurs with proven experience of over 15 years in the real estate sector in Brussels but also internationally (Costa Rica, Switzerland).
We specialize in short / medium term rental as well as real estate investment.
What do we mean by "real estate investment"?
We call real estate investment the process of renovating your property according to our criteria in order to be part of our client portfolio, and then rent it out through our services. Our profitability records allow our clients to have a global view on the return on their acquisition.
How do we select our goods?
We select our goods with meticulousness in order to be able to offer our customers luxury goods that meet their expectations. Each property is visited by Valérie in person to ensure that they correspond to the characteristics sought by The Good Agency. Unfortunately we cannot accept all goods, so it is for this reason that we attach more importance to the selection of these.
We have defined 3 essential criteria in order to be part of our client portfolio.
- The Location: The goods must be located in one of these 3 international districts of Brussels:
a) Ixelles : avec la construction du nouvel hôpital à Delta, le nombre de demandes pour un logement à proximité a explosé. En cause, la durée de certains traitements qui pousse les patients et leurs familles désireuses de les accompagner à trouver un logement pour une courte durée à proximité de l’hôpital.
b) le centre-ville : quartier ultra-prisé des touristes
c) les alentours de la Commission Européenne : Les élections de 2019 vont également chambouler le marché, en raison des allers-retours des anciens et nouveaux députés européens.

- Comfort and standing: Our apartments must meet certain standards set by our team in order to offer luxury goods to our customers.
- Ease of check-in: The possibility of checking in from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. to welcome arrivals.
