Very beautiful period stone house located a few meters from the beach in one of the most beautiful villages in France. 3 bedroom house with courtyard and terrace, can accommodate 6 people. A few steps from the beach and the village shops, sale of fish and shellfish when the boats arrive in the port, beautiful walks along the coast. When you cross the threshold of the house, on the right is the first living room with 2 sofas, a large library with office area and a second very cozy living area with fireplace, TV and dining room. Then you have access to the fully equipped kitchen with fan oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, 5-burner gas hob and small dining area. In the continuity of the kitchen, there are toilets, a shower room and a laundry area.
On the first floor, a long hallway gives you access to the first bathroom with bathtub and a second bathroom with shower. On the landing, there are separate toilets, then the first bedroom with Queen Size bed (140x200 cm), storage and reading area. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds (90x200 cm), storage and reading area. Finally, the third bedroom has a King Size bed (160x200 cm), a dressing area with storage and a reading corner.
The courtyard and the terrace offer garden furniture with parasol and 2 deck chairs.
