Very nice studio located a few meters from rue de Bretagne, a street very well known for its many shops, bars and restaurants. In the heart of the Marais, between Beaubourg and Place de la République, you will have the opportunity in a few steps to discover the lungs of Paris: its pedestrian streets, its cafes, its restaurants, its bars, its art galleries and its designer’ shops. A rich neighborhood that will never cease to surprise and amaze you!
Located 100 meters from the famous Marché des Enfants Rouges, in a typically Parisian cobbled courtyard, the studio "Le Charlot" offers you the perfect mix between the effervescence of a cosmopolitan city and a warm cocoon. Ideal to feel like at home! You will benefit all the more from being close to all the amenities offered by the Marais, a trendy village-like neighborhood!
On the second floor, the studio consists of an entrance hall leading to a small fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, etc.) as well as to the bathroom with washing machine!
The main room, overlooking the courtyard, has a lounge area with a flat-screen TV as well as a top-quality fold-away bed (160x200 cm) which allows you to make the most of your living space. The sofa in the living room is also convertible allowing you to accommodate up to 2 additional guests.
At the end of the main room, you will have access to a dressing room.
Romantic, festive, trendy, the Marais seduces with its cobbled streets, historic places and small shops. A thousand facets district, which is certainly the favorite of Parisians.
A district that is both historical (hotels in Sully, Soubise or Salé, the Town Hall, Place des Vosges or even Saint-Paul church), cultural (the Center George Pompidou, the Picasso, Carnavalet museums, the house of Victor Hugo and the many art galleries), made for shopping (the BHV Marais, concept stores, vintage stores, thrift stores, designer or luxury boutiques are endless: rue Vieille-du-Temple is a must), gourmet (many gastronomic addresses, markets, bakeries, tea rooms and other ice cream parlors) and festive with its many bars (Le Charlot, la Perle, le Progrès), jazz clubs, rooftops (Le Perchoir) and other terraces ... Well, you never get bored and each day brings its share of discoveries and little hidden pleasures!
